We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join our growing business.

Hourly rate will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications. Overtime available.
- Previous Automotive / Workshop experience would be advantageous, but training will be given.
- Professional communication skills.
- Highly organised, with ability to plan workload efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with busy phones.
- Competent with using computer systems and Microsoft packages. Cash handling, Card payments and Invoicing.
- Good Problem solving skills.

Main responsibilities
- Taking Payments
- Chasing outstanding information, invoices and statements
- Updating systems and databases
- Providing administrative support to the Workshop.
- Ordering parts, costing jobs and pricing estimates for Customers.
- Putting Orders on the System and checking details are correct.
- Daily Work Scheduling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
