**Location: Adamson & St Andrews Community Hospitals**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Health & Social Care Partnership, providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our Senior Charge Nurse in the locations mentioned above.

You should be educated to National 5 / Standard Grade level; possess RSA / SCOTVEC qualification or equivalent or have relevant previous experience.

You should also possess excellent keyboard, organisational and communication skills as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of a hospital environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of NHS systems and processes, however training will be given.

Previous administrative experience and knowledge of confidentiality and safe handling of information / GDPR is required. You should have the ability to work as a member of a team and on your own initiative with mínimal supervision.

A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is also required.

Ability to travel between sites is essential.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
