Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveillance Operator to join our client's team.

As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing surveillance footage to ensure the safety and security of our premises.

Your keen attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks or suspicious activities will be crucial in maintaining a secure environment.

**Duties**:

- Monitor surveillance cameras and systems to detect any unusual or suspicious activities
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and observations
- Collaborate with security personnel to respond to incidents in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Generate detailed reports on incidents, including descriptions, times, and locations
- Stay updated on the latest security protocols and procedures
- Assist in training new surveillance operators as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Surveillance Operator or similar role
- Proficient in operating surveillance equipment and software
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is preferred
- Experience in report writing is a plus
