**Logistics Co-Ordinator**
Bleach of Lavant Limited is a West Sussex based independent road Transport Company specializing in the Horticultural market and Pallet distribution
We are looking for an experienced co-ordinator to work in our busy Transport office based in the Arundel area.
They will be a key member of the planning team servicing our customers nationwide.

**Key Responsibilities /Duties**
- Assist in co-ordinating a team of drivers and vehicles to fulfil service requirements.
- Assist in the control and management of resources, including the allocation and routing of deliveries/collections.
- To plan, co-ordinate and supervise work activities, providing effective communication, leadership, motivation and training.
- Assist in managing the fleet of vehicles and drivers to ensure they remain compliant at all times.
- To ensure company policies and work practices are maintained throughout
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
- assist in resolving any issues or delays in transportation operations

**Skills**
- They will have an analytical approach and be a strong forward planner.
- Computer literate -: experience with Word and Excel. Bespoke in house system, training will be provided.
- High standard of Maths English and a good command of the English Language is required
- Clean driving licence -: Class CE with driver CPC would be advantage.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
