Lettings Co-ordinator

Our very busy Residential Lettings Department at Coventry needs a Co-ordinator. This role requires you to be a car owner with a current driving licence and appropriate business insurance. Duties will entail:

- Dealing with daily enquiries.
- Booking and confirming viewings.
- Obtaining feedback on viewings.
- Updating window displays.
- Undertaking viewings to assist the Negotiators.
- Ensuring safety certificates are in place for available properties.
- Assisting in marketing the available properties.
- Assisting in negotiating new lets and conducting referencing.
- To assist in any other tasks in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Department.
- You will be expected to carry out your duties will all due diligence regarding legal requirements.
- To maximise all business opportunities, including:

- Mortgage referrals
- Auction referrals
- Survey department referrals
- Property insurance referrals
- Rent and legal insurance referrals.
- You may be asked to undertake other reasonable duties in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Branch Office and Company.

The duties to be undertaken in accordance with “best practice” and in the best interests of the Company and its clients.

Monday to Friday 0845 to 1730 with every other Saturday 0930 to 1230.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coventry, CV1 1DY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
