Kingpin Protection Services is a reputable security firm that provides comprehensive security services to a diverse range of clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an SIA Licensed Door Supervisor / Close Protection Officer. This position requires the individual to work night shifts, with a commitment to delivering exceptional security services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a high level of security and safety within designated premises or areas by effectively carrying out door supervisory duties.
- Conduct thorough searches to ensure the prevention of unauthorized items or individuals from entering the premises.
- Monitor and control access points, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
- Effectively handle and manage conflicts, incidents, and emergencies that may arise, following established protocols and maintaining a calm and composed manner.
- Provide assistance and guidance to clients, ensuring their welfare and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and efficient security measures.
- Maintain accurate incident logs and complete detailed reports as required, documenting all security-related incidents and activities during the shift.
- Implement and adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures, and legal regulations to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and security.
- Serve as a reliable and effective deterrent against potential threats or risks, utilizing appropriate security equipment and techniques.
- Conduct regular patrols and security checks to identify and mitigate any potential security breaches or vulnerabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor / Close Protection License
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the security industry, with a proven track record of excellent performance and reliability.
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to handle potentially challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and diffuse conflicts professionally.
- Exceptional situational awareness and sound judgment to assess potential threats and respond appropriately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually, demonstrating reliability, self-motivation, and initiative.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must undergo and pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Additional certifications or training in first aid, conflict management, or risk assessment would be advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: £150.00 per day

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
