DoorCo is an established business that is growing and expanding rapidly in the supply and manufacture of Composite Doors.

Located in Macclesfield, DOORCO is a leading manufacturer and distributor of composite doors. We have experienced significant growth and are now looking to recruit two Warehouse Team Leaders to join our already successful Team.

The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of their Warehouse team.

· Supervising a team of colleagues to ensure that goods are offloaded, checked, and booked into the system

· Supervising the pick, pack and despatch stock for customers

· Checking product quality and correct packaging to ensure minimal damage

· Working with both the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure there are no stock shortages

· Managing weekly call off of ancillary items through Warehouse 3 team

· Completing regular cycle counts throughout the warehouse to maintain stock levels and accuracy and assist with annual stock takes

· Ensuring Health & Safety is complied with, and daily checklists are completed

· Carrying out “on the job” training as required.

· Assisting in any warehouse changes or moves.

· Shop floor presence, monitoring correct SOP processes are being carried out by the teams, monitoring high standards of house keeping

· Ensuring storage of goods is safe and no damage is caused through bad stock management

· Hands on commitment to getting the job done

· Proven ability to direct and co-ordinate warehousing operations

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Knowledge of warehousing software packages

· A Forklift Counterbalance Truck License (optional)

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week with 23 days holiday + Statutory holidays and an option to buy more. Other benefits include: –
