**Introduction:
**S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Trainer in Hospitality/Chef based in locations such as Birmingham & London. Our client are a multi-sector training provider, delivering Apprenticeships in various sectors such as Management, Hospitality,Health and Social Care, and many more. This is a full-time role with a requirement to visit the learners at their workplace. They are seeking a qualified and experienced trainer/assessor in the sector having worked as a Trainer, Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chefde Partie, etc to join their growing team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- As a _Trainer in Hospitality/Chef, you will be responsible to:_
- Visit the learners in their workplace using knowledge and vocational experience to teach and help them complete their apprenticeship
- Maximize learners’ full potential through supporting their development and adhering to the proper guidelines
- Monitor the progress of the learners regularly and ensure that they will attend all sessions
- Identify the needs of the learners and provide proper guidance and information to help them progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders and co-workers to maintain excellent service to clients and learners while following the required standards
- Ensure to hit targets and KPIs to achieve excellent delivery results

**Experience and Skills**:

- As a _Trainer in Hospitality/Chef,_ you will need the following to be successful:_
- A level 2 NVQ in Hospitality
- A level 2 or 3 NVQ in professional cookery is desirable
- Relevant vocational experience such as Head Chef, Chef de Partie, and Sous Chef within high-end establishments
- GCSEs in English and Maths at Level C or equivalent
- Hospitality management at Level 3 (BTEC) is ideal
- Excellent communication skills
