We organize market-leading events for our communities in London, New York, and Miami; ranging from glitzy black-tie industry award ceremonies to fun conferences in hot climates.

This role will be focused on producing the agendas for our flagship conferences.

**What are the job responsibilities?**
- Devising high-quality conference agendas by researching and testing ideas and identifying good commercial opportunities
- Desk and phone research to identify market trends and hot topics
- Recruiting senior-level speakers from leading industry companies to give presentations at conferences, webinars and roundtable discussions
- Attend events and ensure conference tracks run smoothly both at in-person & virtual events
- Work internally with marketing and sales to ensure clear copy parameters and attendee demographics are met
- Liaising with key sponsors to deliver their contracted speaking opportunities whilst delivering excellent customer service
- Liaising with speakers with pre, during and post-event offering timely briefings, communication and feedback
- Updating of websites with agendas and speakers

- Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to grasp complex issues quickly and explain them in simple, concise language
- A keen interest in the influencer and performance marketing industry *and events*
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Ability to bring current marketing affairs to life with the creation of agendas

**What will my day-to-day be?**
- Content delivery
- Working closely with the Head of Content on the creation of engaging and high-quality conference agendas
- Organising and conducting own research on current and future events topics related to the influencer and performance marketing industry
- Expanding and maintaining communication and relationships with relevant industry leaders
- Supporting the development of events strategy with a chance to present own events ideas

**Event production & delivery**
- Working closely with the events team on the production and delivery of a portfolio of international events
- Managing event website updates

**Desired**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (B2B events services)
- A good understanding of either the performance or influencer marketing industry

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
