Join Our Team as a Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Production Manager to join our team at Bray Leino Events. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality live events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Head of Production to deliver all live event production elements
  • Attend internal project meetings and provide input on production and creative planning
  • Produce estimates, quotes, and proposals for production solutions
  • Create and understand 3D drawings for venues and event layouts
  • Identify onsite production requirements and manage event delivery
  • SOURCE production quotes, build relationships, and negotiate with suppliers
  • Manage on-site crews, suppliers, and sub-contractors for all audio visual, lighting, and rigging requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Production Manager running corporate live events
  • Understanding of all technical aspects of live event production, including sound, lighting, video, rigging, conference set, and staging
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp 3D modeling software or willingness to learn
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety compliance, RAMS, and CDM processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and account management skills
