Eden Brown Synergy have an exciting new opportunity in Peterborough City Council for Social Workers to join the MASH team.

Duties as a MASH Senior Practitioner:

- To review incoming referrals sent to Peterborough children's services.
- To assess, identify risk and need in respect of children within MASH timescales.
- To consult and liaise with other agencies and parents to devise initial safety plans and recommend safe outcomes
- When required to deputise for the Team Manager and provide consultation support for Social workers within the service.
- To support with the induction of new staff within the MASH.
- To attend relevant meetings with other agencies to promote and improve partnership working.
- To signpost families to appropriate community support
- To ensure outcomes of referrals are provided to referrer, Parents & Carers
- To undertake all mandatory training

Qualifications:

- Qualification in Social Work
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Enhanced DBS
