Success Recruit are currently working with a business service provider based in Central Essex who are seeking a Ongoing Temporary HR Advisor to join the team and support line managers across the business with reactive and proactive HR support.

**The successful Temporary HR Advisor will be expected to**:

- CIPD Part Qualified or evidence to confirm working towards this qualification
- Experience of advising, supporting managers with employment casework and legislation
- Strong communication skills demonstrating experience of working to director level

**The successful Temporary HR Advisor will be rewarded with**:

The Successful HR Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR Support as it arises, working within a team and offering support to line managers across the business.

**Duties to include but not limited to**:

- Responsible for providing accurate high-quality advice and information regarding resolution of employment issues
- Manage a caseload of people related issues such as onboarding, probation, grievance, sickness performance improvement and discipline, working collaboratively with Line Managers
- Supporting in the delivery of employee standards, supporting and mentoring managers to resolve employee relation issues.
- Responsible for maintaining and monitoring accuracy of case records, to make necessary improvements and track progress against Service Level Agreements
- Contribute to the analysis of trends in data requirements, to identify changes and improvements
- Ability to communicate effectively, demonstrating empathy, listening, and questioning skills to a very high level and ability to build rapport and trust when dealing with sensitive employee issues.
- Strong team working motivation and ability to build effective working relationships
- Capture and update guidance material to ensure consistency of advice provided.

This position would suit someone who is seeking a position where they can work from home and support a busy caseload of general employment HR related queries. It will suit someone who is confident managing their own time and workload to ensure positive outcomesare achieved.

**Hours**:Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm

**Salary**:£18.50 per hour
