Signature are delighted to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger to join our client, a busy company in the Temple Meads area with parking. To join this busy finance team you will have experience of working as a purchase ledger previously, to help ensure thesmooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Using excel to resolve queries and record information in regards to invoices - ensuring that these are overseen and dealt with in a timely manner
- Sending out invoices on a weekly basis and cross checking invoice codes to branches. Ensuring that sent invoices are authorises to meet payment terms.
- Ad hoc duties when required
- Matching invoices

- A firm understanding of Purchase Ledger
- Intermediate Excel ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
