You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started - we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker right from Day 1.

**Job Description**:
**Job role Expectations**:

- To ensure the care provided is fully compliant with CQC and Home Instead Care policies and regulations. This needs to be evidenced in Care planning and documentation used on Birdie.
- Ensure that Birdie is up to date and accurately reflected.
- Answer each incoming call in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
- To take part in the on-call rota
- To provide care to clients as needed as requested
- To attend Care professional meetings when being held
- To support and work alongside the care pros and other members of staff assisting them when needed

**Experience**:

- Care background: 2 years preferred.

**Qualifications**:
**License/Certification**:

- Driving License (Essential)
- Have experience in domiciliary or community care within a supervisory capacity
