**Literacy Coach**

**Salary: St Paul’s Pay Range 3 (£26,357 to £28,371 FTE)**

**Actual Starting Salary £18,165**

**1 Year Fixed Term Contract from September 2023- August 2024**

**30 Hours per week term time only plus 1 training day**

The person appointed will help to improve the literacy skills of pupils at St. Paul’s. Working with individual pupils or small groups of pupils you will need to have good literacy skills. You need to be cheerful, energetic and encouraging, and enjoy working with young people.
