**About Us**:In the heart of Westminster, our new hotel is dedicated to providing our guests with unforgettable experiences. We take great pride in our beverage offerings, and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bar-Back to join our vibrant team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage Support**: Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages efficiently, ensuring that they have the necessary tools, glassware, and ingredients.
- **Bar Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring a well-organized bar station.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service to our guests, including promptly delivering drinks, taking care of special requests, and creating a positive experience.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor and restock inventory, ensuring that all supplies are readily available for the bartending team.
- **Quality Assurance**: Assist in ensuring the quality of drinks and presentation meets our high standards.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate closely with the bartending team and support their needs during busy shifts.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a bar-back role or a similar hospitality position is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to provide exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to supporting the bartending team.
