Seeking an extraordinary **Bar Back**, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter.

If you possess the finesse homed in bustling high-volume eateries and thrive in the whirlwind of a fast-paced environment, where dreams become reality and memories are etched in gold, then this is your calling.

As our **Bar Back**:

- You will take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience
- You will be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
- You have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar/lounge and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience
- You will provide support to the bar team and be responsible for bar prep, stock and cleaning duties

As our **Bar Back**, you will receive:

- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service
