**ABOUT THE ROLE.**

We're on the hunt for a visionary Digital Partner to spearhead the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of cutting-edge digital technologies that will drive automation, digitisation, and analytics across our agricultural business processes worldwide.

In this role you will be at the heart of business transformation, collaborating closely with regional stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate our business processes into a dynamic product vision. From gathering requirements to defining features, your expertise will ensure we deliver high-quality products that enhance the end-user digital experience.

But your role doesn't stop there - you'll be the driving force behind the successful launch and global adoption of our digital solutions. With a keen focus on digitalising critical agriculture processes, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle management digitally, from monitoring grower practices, providing ad hoc recommendations, to conclude sourcing, including contracting, scheduling and payment.

Innovation will be your middle name as you continually identify opportunities to keep our products competitive in the market. By staying ahead of the curve with the latest tools, technology trends, and emerging practices, you'll ensure we remain at the forefront of digital agriculture.

And let's not forget about teamwork - you'll collaborate closely with the Digital Delivery Team from the Technology department, ensuring a seamless execution of our digital tools.

**ABOUT YOU.**

We are looking for someone that has worked in a Business Consulting or Partnering role within Digital Product Development, driving digital innovation ideally within an agricultural business across multiple regions, translating business processes into dynamic product strategies.

**We are also looking for**
- Ideally a bachelor’s degree in business/engineering/science
- Experience in customer journey mapping and agrile product development
- Influence stakeholders, sell ideas, and create change to shape the future of digital farming
- Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential for success in this role

**WHERE WILL I WORK?**

Our GB HQ is based on Scarborough, North Yorkshire However, being in the office every single day is a thing of the past. Here at McCain, we champion hybrid working. This means we don’t have a set expectation of exactly when you need to be in the office. This role is a Global role and will also include regular international travel.
