**Fund Associate - Investor Relations - Global Investment**

**£50,000 - £60,000**

**West End - hybrid**

My client is a global investment company looking for a Fund Associate to join a small team to support their Sales Team. This role sits within the EMEA Sales Team and are looking for a proactive and organised Fund Associate to support at Senior level.

You will have at least 2-3 years experience working in a similar role with experience working in Financial Services and proven experience using Salesforce.

**THE ROLE**:

- Supporting the EMEA distribution team on all aspects of fund raising and ongoing investor requests
- Information entry into CRM system (Salesforce) as well as data extraction and analysis from CRM to support distribution team on strategic initiatives
- Preparation of briefing notes in collaboration with distribution professionals
- Assisting with preparation of materials for both internal and external meetings
- Liaising closely with Fund Formation and Project Management team on delivering RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, etc. and custom investor reporting jobs
- Working on internal strategic projects and workstreams as necessary

**THE PERSON**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in alternative investments, strategy consulting or professional services firms.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, comfort with organizing and interpreting financial data
- Relevant academic background, with minimum a Bachelor’s degree
- Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across senior levels of the firm
- Self-starter with ability to work under pressure and strong follow-through skills
