SShakespeare’s Globe is looking for a **Marketing Officer**
to join our **Marketing** team

**The role**:
We are looking for someone with experience at Assistant or Officer level in marketing and/or communications (in an agency or in-house at a brand or venue), or experience in a role where you need good attention to detail, strong communication and project management skills, and innovative thinking.

You will want to work in a collaborative and creative way in-house at a world-renowned venue with an excitingly broad output, demanding revenue targets, and international reach.

**The skills**:
The Marketing Officer will lead on the development and implementation of specific campaigns and communications for a range of activities, events, shows and products across all strands of our work including theatre, education, tours and retail.

**The team**:
The Marketing Officer sits within the Campaigns team which includes two Senior Marketing Managers, two Marketing Officers and a Marketing and Press Assistant, working across the full breadth of the Globe's output.

The Campaigns team sits in the wider Marketing department, led by the Head of Marketing and Deputy Head of Marketing, which also includes a Design team, a Content team, and a Social Media team.

These teams sit within the broader Audiences division which includes the Digital and Data, Press/PR, Ticketing and Sales, Retail and Visitor and Audience Operations divisions.
