Overview:
**Role Purpose**:
To provide administrative support to the Broker Response Team to

ensure that all daily tasks are completed within set Service Level Agreements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with a variety of incoming and outbound calls
- Updating policy systems with adjustments, cancellations and renewals as requested by our broker partners
- Adhere to strict MID timelines and high level of accurate data processing
- Able to undertake other reasonable responsibilities and projects when required
- Adhere to Company processes with regard to FCA, DPA and any other regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
**Key Skills and Knowledge**
- A good degree of computer literacy and understanding of MS Office suite
- Excellent organisational skills

- Ability to plan and prioritise volumes of work
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good eye for detail
