Our client is seeking a dedicated and eager Trainee Trust Officer to join their trust administration team.

As a Trainee Trust Officer, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop a strong foundation in trust administration practices and compliance. Your willingness to learn, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will contribute to your growth and success in this role.

**Position Overview**:
The Trainee Trust Officer is an entry-level role designed for individuals seeking to build a career in trust administration and fiduciary services. This position provides training and hands-on experience in various aspects of trust management, client relations, and regulatory compliance. The Trainee Trust Officer will work closely with experienced professionals to develop a strong foundation in trust administration and contribute to the effective management of client trusts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Learning and Development:

- Participate in training programs and workshops to develop a solid understanding of trust administration, fiduciary duties, and legal requirements.
- Learn about estate planning, investment management, and client relationship management.

Trust Account Support:

- Assist senior trust officers in managing trust accounts, including account setup, document review, and asset transfers.
- Gain practical experience in trust administration processes.

Client Communication:

- Support client communication by preparing routine correspondence, account statements, and reports.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance under the guidance of senior staff.

Document Management:

- Maintain organized and accurate trust documentation, including legal agreements, beneficiary information, and account records.
- Learn to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Assist in conducting compliance reviews to ensure trust activities align with legal and regulatory standards.
- Learn to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with trust administration.

Investment Oversight:

- Observe investment management processes, including monitoring portfolio performance and analyzing market trends.
- Assist in preparing investment reports and updates for clients.

Beneficiary Support:

- Learn to provide support to trust beneficiaries, addressing their needs and inquiries.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
