An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team of Care Workers to support Interim Care for patients in their own home with long term conditions, palliative care and rehabilitation needs across West Norfolk.

**The Virtual Ward service runs from 08:00 - 22:00 seven days a week.**

Supervision will be provided by an Assistant Practitioner with oversight of a Registered Nurse. We offer the opportunity to work in an experienced and supportive team with opportunities for ongoing professional development.
