Aftersales Trainee

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Henrys Suzuki as an Aftersales Trainee. We are a Glasgow based family business within in the automotive industry, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. As an Aftersales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our aftersales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a unique hybrid role where your time will be split between our service reception and our parts department. You will receive an IMI accredited Parts Apprenticeship.

**Duties**:

- Assist in providing top-notch customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilise our dealer management system effectively to manage customer data, appointments, and service requests.
- Identifying parts, ordering parts from internal/external sources and picking/packing parts.
- Communicating with the workshop, managing stock and invoicing.
- Engage with customers over the phone with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette to promote upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the aftersales department.

**Experience**:

- No previous experience required.
- Ideally suit a school leaver who is looking for an exciting career in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated ability or willingness to learn systems.
- Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and prioritise responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £18,189.58-£55,177.62 per year
