Cpc Trainer

Training in delivering CPC provided as required by JAUPT accredited provider.

Required: TM CPC or strong background in haulage and/or passenger transport, experience mentoring/training/managing groups of drivers.

Desirable: Train the Trainer certificate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver Driver CPC training programs to employees on various topics related to HGV and PCV drivers.
- Use additional engaging and interactive training materials and activities.
- Conduct training sessions in person or virtually to educate attendees on new processes, systems, or updates.
- Collaborate with to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
- make suggestions on how to update training materials to reflect changes in policies, procedures, or systems.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of haulage and logistics, some of passenger transport useful.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
