Cylinder Trainer

Salary £40k pa plus bonus

Location: Home based: area covered is South and includes the following work sites: Harlow, Crawley, Greenwich, Wembley, Bristol, Plymouth and Totton (+ outstations: Rochester, Margam, Cardiff, Reading, Swindon)

A new opportunity has become available for a Cylinder Trainer to work for our client who is a world

**The Role**
- Closely monitor actual training performance against plans and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Manage and monitor remedial actions arising from accident investigation with a view to prevent re-occurrence
- To be a source of expertise in the formulation of training programmes, including development of associated materials
- You will be in care to become accredited and registered to deliver legally certificated training. E.g. ADR, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence
- Ensure that compliance (legal and company standards) is maintained by providing visible leadership in this area and take a lead in the development and execution of the Legal Compliance Audits
**Requirements**:

- You have extensive knowledge and understanding of Cylinder Transport operations, Cylinder supply chain, Cylinder processes, technical developments, product properties
- You are a formally recognised Train the Trainer Qualification to deliver - Defensive Driving. Manual Handling Techniques, DCPC, Tachograph training, ADR
- Membership of official bodies IAM, ROSPA, DSA is required in this role
- International CPC (can be trained)
- NEBOSHH (desirable)
