**Brief overview of the role**:
We are looking for a Marketing Apprentice to support with a diverse range of duties, both internally and externally. You would create and deliver marketing strategies; particularly focused on one of our E-commerce sites.

**Working week**:
Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm

**Positions available**:

**Vacancy description**:
Your core duties would include:

- All aspects of social media
- Use of Shopify
- General development and growing of the brand
- Involvement with other company owned e-comm sites
- Customer Service correspondence

**Requirements and prospects**

**Qualifications Required**:
Grade 4/C in Maths and English is desirable

**Desired skills**:

- Good level of English and Mathematics to GCSE or equivalent as a minimum
- Good level of communication verbally and written
- Attention to detail

**Personal Qualities**:

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- An interest in building a career within Marketing
- The ability to analyse results to gain insight and improve output and techniques
- To be able to demonstrate initiative
- Is organised, tidy and have a conscientious approach to managing own workload.
- To be reliable, flexible, and punctual

**Training to be provided**:
Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification:
The qualification has core knowledge elements including but not limited too;
- Marketing concepts & theories
- Laws regulations & ethics
- Monitoring & measuring success in marketing
- Creating engaging content
- Creating & managing marketing campaigns

Intequal’s apprenticeships are delivered by expert Technical Trainers through a blend of 1-1 and group interactive online learning sessions, with a learner-led approach to flex the training style based on individual needs - providing consistent and inclusive work-based training for businesses and their employees.

You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or Maths if needed

**Future Prospects**:

- Possibility of a permanent position upon programme completion
