Contact - Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Co-ordinator to oversee our contact session bookings. As a Contact Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the booking sessions of the contact and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service with right supervised contact worker catering to all the needs of the children. T
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the booked sessions and ensure all the sessions are confirmed with the financial payments, with effective supervisors.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve contact performance and efficiency
- Monitor contact bookings and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve clients inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of contact activities and performance
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Contact Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills to data and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems used in operations
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
