Sales & Lettings Administrator

Job Overview:
- Responsibilities:
- Creating sales brochures/particulars and windows cards
- Assisting sales & lettings team members
- Answering phones and booking appointments for viewings, valuations and surveys
- Liaising between buyer, sellers and solicitors and providing updates
- Organising contractors to attend to maintenance issues and liaising with landlords where applicable.
- Arranging property viewing and survey appointments
- Completion packs - flowers, cards and keys
- Ordering stationary
- Filing
- Updating social media
- Respond to online enquiries or pass them to the relevant team
- Arranging energy performance certificates and requesting ID
- Managing, maintaining & archiving electronic records and files and general file administration
- Post - incoming distribution of post and franking of outgoing mail
**Experience**:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is advantageous
- Basic IT skills are essential
**Job Type**: Apprenticeship
Pay: £260.00-£320.00 per week
