We are seeking a professional, preferably with a background in customer service or a similar role, who is eager to learn, grow, and build strong relationships within our community.

The purpose of this role is to:

- Represent our company and our values to people who get in touch with us
- Help people looking to rent, secure high-quality accommodation
- Help look after our clients’ valuable assets
- Keep rooms and properties fully occupied

In this key role, your **day-to-day tasks** will include:

- Taking and making phone calls to all our **stakeholders** including potential customers, tenants, clients and contractors.
- Advert administration, advising on market rents, and creating engaging social media posts for properties coming to the market.
- Responding to and engaging with **enquiries** about our properties, conducting initial vetting, and arranging and attending viewings.
- **Careful** management of property keys and the logging of their use by contractors.
- Ensuring all systems, processes, and spreadsheets are **updated, accurate, and aligned.**:

- **Following up** with tenants nearing the end of their fixed terms.
- Managing regular rent increase reviews and implementation.
- Ensuring all tenants on limited-time immigration visas renew their visas appropriately to comply with Right to Rent rules.
- Ensuring appropriate **data capture** to feed into the weekly performance reporting scorecard.
- Undertaking other administrative tasks such as dealing with post, processing receipts, scanning, and filing.
- Updating training videos for your role as and when required.

The tasks you will be undertaking day to day have predefined **performance standards** to achieve so you will always know what is expected of you. We have a weekly team meeting where we review our scorecard and review **progress of actions **assigned to everyone in the team.

A full driver’s licence is essential. Although mostly desk based, this role is responsible for conducting viewings, move ins and move outs in person at the properties we manage, as well as other ad hoc property visits as required. Therefore, you must be confident in driving to properties in towns and cities you have not been to before and confident in meeting and dealing with new people so that they have an awesome customer experience.

We are an independent, family run business who pride ourselves on managing the property assets of investors based all over the world. We not only manage properties for our clients, but we also teach property investors everywhere how to manage their own properties to the highest standards.

Required experience for the role:

- Experience in **administrative tasks**, ideally within a lettings environment, would be advantageous but is not a necessity. Your ability to manage property keys, handle mail, process receipts, and keep our systems updated will be central to your role.
- Strong **proficiency** in Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience using other software tools and mobile apps in a professional setting would be beneficial.
- A background in creating engaging content for **social media** or similar platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience in a role requiring **high attention to detail** and the management of **complex processes**. The move-in and move-out processes involve many steps and it is crucial that nothing is missed.
- Any prior experience in a role that requires **compliance** with legal rules and regulations would be advantageous. We work in a highly regulated industry so it is crucial that compliance is at the forefront of everything we do.
