Shift Leader Job Description: Drive the Fun at Our Liverpool Golf Venue

Calling all hospitality stars with a smile and a can-do attitude Our brand new golf venue in Liverpool is searching for enthusiastic Shift Leaders to join our team and keep the good times rolling. This role is your chance to play a vital part in creating exceptional experiences for guests, leading by example, and ensuring smooth operations during your shift.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership: Motivate and guide team members, providing on-the-job training and support.

Customer Champion: Deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring prompt response to requests and resolving any issues efficiently.

Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Cash Handling & Sales: Process transactions accurately and securely, meeting sales targets and maintaining financial records.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensuring product availability and proper food presentation.

Problem Solving: Approach challenges with a positive and proactive attitude, finding solutions and escalating issues when necessary.

Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, ensuring smooth shift transitions and information flow.

Experience in a customer service or hospitality role (bonus points for experience with food and beverage).

Please note: This role involves working various shifts, weekends, and holidays. While not required, some knowledge of competitive socialising would be a bonus

Regular evening and weekend work required, full time role, 3-4 x positions available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.42 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
