Property Administrator

Our client based in the Henley area are recruiting for a property administrator to assist with 4-6 weeks temporary cover.
The position will be office based with some site visits. You must have a full driving licence and a company car will be provided.
Key duties will include:
- Scheduling in contractors required for work to be reviewed and repaired
- Will be a constant support in the office
- Working with tenants or commercial and residential properties
- Ordering parts and machinery for tenants ready for repairs
- Follow up on enquiries
- Holding company mobile phone for continuity
This is a full time role that will require someone with administration experience. You will not need to have property experience.
