**Lead Generation and New Business Development support**

To promote the company and our product range to our target customer profile and generate high quality, qualified leads for New Business Development Managers. Maximise team ‘customer contact time’, by scheduling on site product demonstrations, CPD’s and other company presentations, including virtual or online presentations.
- Research prospects and identify key personnel within target organisations.
- Finding and telephoning key personnel within the organisation and booking F2F appointments.
- Accurately recording activity and responses on CRM system.
- Dealing with and responding to customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Working with field-based NBD Managers to maximise customer contact time.
- Achieving agreed performance targets and supporting business objectives.
- Work with estimation to deliver high level estimations from plans and instructions

An enthusiasm for telephone prospecting, an excellent telephone manner and superb customer relation skills is considered essential.

Previous experience in a construction type lead generation role would be useful, but not essential and a tenacious, systematic approach to sales and a good team player are the most important attributes.

As this is a varied role, time management is considered important and allocating time to different aspects of the role is critical.

**Location and Working hours**
- We will then contact you and arrange a telephone interview.
- Successful applicants will be called into the office for a F2F interview
- Following this, applicants will, if required conduct a working genius assessment prior to a job offer.

**Working Remotely**
- Periodic remote working is considered a possibility after probation period, but team culture and working alongside colleagues is considered paramount for the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
