**Working as a Client Case Handler, you will receive;**

**In the role of a Client Case Handler, you will;**
- Handle a portfolio of client cases, providing end-to-end support throughout the entire process.
- Provide quick and accurate communication/liaison with customers, advisers and insurers
- Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and resolving any inquiries promptly

**Additional Information**

The working hours are full-time, 37.5 per week, either working 8am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Initial training will take place in our office which is based in Chichester city centre.

After the successful completion of your initial training, you will be offered the opportunity for hybrid working. Hybrid working means you’ll have 3 days working in the office and two days working remotely (if you have the appropriate set up).
