**Contracted Hours: Days/Sleep-Ins (3 week rolling rota)**
**Wage: £11.50 per hour**
**The person who you will be supporting**:
- The service user likes to spend time outdoors and in the community.
- The service user loves trips into the community and going for walks
- The service user displays challenging behaviour
- Positive, enthusiastic with a great attitude.
- Outgoing and passionate about improving the service user’s quality of life.
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support.
- Proactive and motivated to look for new activities and experiences for the people we support.
- Someone who is open to learning new skills.
- Comfortable with personal care
