**As a Learning Lead at Muddy Boots, you will help to lead a team in providing high standards of quality teaching within the preschool, including shaping the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children.**:
**To do this, you will be responsible for**:
Inspiring the preschool team to plan appropriately for children, using the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for guidance
Taking the lead on 'School Readiness' teaching for older preschool children, as well as the Early Talk Boost program
Effectively manage EYPP funding.
Supporting the development of good practice concerning Special Educational Needs & Disabilities and Inclusion
Be a fantastic role model for outstanding interactions and learning in preschool.
Plan and carry out small group activities around communication, maths, phonics, and PSED with the oldest children in our preschool room.

For this role, we require you to have (or be working towards):
A relevant Early Years Qualification
Over 1 year of experience working in an Early Years / Nursery setting (essential)
Over 1 year of experience working in a childcare environment (preferred)
You will come to the setting for a tour, a sit-down interview with the setting management team, as well as delivering an activity of your choice in one of our rooms
