**Job Purpose**:
Project manage the onboarding of new business, facilitating partnership working across all internal functions to drive patient pull through. Lead, manage and motivate the New Service Implementation Team to ensure individual and team objectives are met.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire New Service Implementation team to meet individual and team objectives, delivering service growth in line with company strategy and exceeding budget expectations.
- Project manage the onboarding of new business, through close partnership working with NHS and Pharma teams and head office functions.
- To work with the Heads of NHS Sales to identify major patient switch opportunities and develop implementation plan to accelerate patient onboarding.
- To project plan the development and implementation of major new services through working with the commercial team and service design, NHS and contracts team as appropriate.
- To provide New Service Implementation team with a framework to develop within a driven and focused environment, including clear performance management and structured development plans to ensure individual and team objectives are met.
- To maximise commercial performance of existing Frameworks by gap analysis in collaboration with commercial and sales teams
- To review internal processes and improve where applicable to minimise internal blockages to patient number growth e.g. SLA closure, operational queries etc. as required.
- Network with strategically important NHS/Pharma customers on a targeted basis building strong, mutually beneficial relationships that enhance access to key decision makers and yield further joint working opportunities.
- Effectively monitor progress against plan and take corrective action where needed.
- Develop an effective working relationship with Operational & Clinical colleagues as appropriate to ensure: submitted proposal are presented in best possible light; operational implications associated with delivery have been well understood; and the offer is commercially attractive.
- Share best practice and successes within the NHS Services team, and willingly adopt best practice and quality procedures being introduced within function.
- Ensure that accurate management information is provided to line manager.
- Ensure an in-depth understanding of the operational processes which support services i.e. Pharmacy operations, Clinical Customer Services, Logistics, Finance, IT, Data Services.
- Fully understand and comply with the S&OP and NSI process and play a critical role in understanding the pipeline of target services
- Ensure constant improvement in competence and standards through personal development.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Healthcare Sales role.
- Experienced in implementing large scale clinical services from lead to go live.
- Demonstrates stakeholder influencing to executive level both internally and externally.
- Proven track record of winning new business and delivering business growth targets.
- Experience of writing business cases and proposals, and has undertaken previous work that involves sales campaign development and rapid sales implementation
- Previous experience of using a CRM system, and routine I.T. software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

**Qualifications**:

- Business Administration
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
