The Opportunity: Head of Change Management - PMO

- You will lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
- You will be responsible for best in class service delivery and effective engagement with wider industry and professional bodies to promote Mace.
- You will be a recognised expert in PMO and Project Controls, with a strong internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders).
- Reporting and accountable to the PMO & Delivery Commercial Lead.
- Working with the PMO Commercial function and the i-PMO Project Controls Director.
- Interface with all functions to update the control budget and provide cost advice.
- External interface will be required with several stakeholders including the Client and Delivery Partners.
- Ideally will have contributed to development of specialist process or procedures or drafting of industry relevant articles or publications for their specialist field.
- Maintaining the Control Budget.
- Developing Control Budget Tools.
- EAC reporting, trend analysis from Affordable Budget.
- Costing change from Handover 1 design to Handover 2 design and recording movement from Affordable Budget.
- Ensuring lastest design information is available to Site Performance Reporting Teams and Planning.
- Supporting i-PMO (MEH programme wide) Project Controls.
- Interface with Client governance.

You’ll need to have:

- Degree Qualification (or Equivalent)
- Can achieve Security Clearance (BPSS or Higher)

You’ll also have:

- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
- Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
