HR Advisor

Due to continued business growth we are now looking for an **HR Advisor** to join our amazing people and culture team. This role is perfect for someone with generalist HR experience and a passion for building great people practices and great working environments for over 2,000 colleagues across the South West

**The Role**:
As part of our team you'll partner with a selection of our store management teams to provide HR advice and guidance in line with organisational policies and best practice.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in an HR Advisory role providing front line employee relations advice;
- Able to support and coach line managers to build people-management and leadership skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships;
- Excellent administration and strong organisational skills;
- Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Able to deliver in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail;
- Proven HR experience with a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
