Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Advisor to join their team - this is perfect for someone with HR generalist/advisory experience who would like to take their next step
The role is field-based, where you will be responsible for providing a professional, accurate and timely HR advisory service to all managers and employees in line with organisational policies and best practices.
Based at their office in Saltash, Cornwall this is only a stone’s throw away from Plymouth. There will be a requirement to travel across the southwest from time to time, so a full driving licence will be required.

**As the successful HR Advisor, you should have**:

- Experience in an HR Advisory role providing front line employee relations advice.- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels- Excellent administration and organisation skills- Proven HR experience with an excellent demonstrable knowledge of employment legislation- CIPD Level 5 qualification or above or working towards this.Salary is £26,000 - £32,000 p/a, full time.
