**Behaviour Mentor (KS1) - Brent Primary School**

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young learners? Do you possess the skills to support and guide children through challenging behaviours? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Behaviour Mentor at a vibrant Primary School in Brent.

**Role Overview**:

- **Job Title**: Behaviour Mentor (KS1)
- **Location**: Brent, London
- **Pay Rate**: £89.74 per day
- **Contract Type**: Long Term Fixed

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths
- Previous experience of supporting children who showcase challenging behaviour is desirable but not essential

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils in KS1 who exhibit challenging behaviour
- Implement strategies and interventions to address behavioural issues and promote positive social and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and other staff to create and implement individual behaviour plans
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of interventions and outcomes
