Due to recent expansion, we are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, self-motivated and has a can-do positive attitude to join our team as a Window and Door Fabricator.

The role involves the fabrication of windows and doors in a workshop environment, involving cutting and prepping aluminium and pvc profiles, erecting products, dismantling and preparing them for dispatch.

You will have previous joinery or fabrication experience, along with good mental arithmetic and an understanding of angles and basic geometry. You will be experienced in Window and Door Fabrication, preferably gained in a busy manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Kawneer, Metal Technology or Smart Systems would be advantageous.

You will be required to work with fabrication documentation and manufacture drawings, have proven fabrication competency skills and practical knowledge of Aluminium extrusions. The role will also involve the use of mitre saws, drills and milling machines therefore previous experience of using this type of equipment is required.

You will have a positive attitude and be flexible with regard to the work duties. You should have the ability to work in a team environment, be able to take instruction whilst also having the initiative to work and make relevant decisions on your own. Good timekeeping and attendance are essential.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience of fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling.
- Knowledge of Metal Technology, Kawneer and Smart Systems profiles preferred.

- Highly Motivated.
- Prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.
