**About The Role**

As the Project Delivery Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering both hire and sales projects, utilising standard/ package equipment from initiation to completion. You will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to ensure successful deliveries on time.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To have the ability to develop and implement project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines
- Understand how to project manage the smooth delivery of standard and package plant products and services to customers.
- To coordinate and facilitate project meetings and provide regular status reports to customers, suppliers and internal teams, in a timely manner.
- Assist in the implementation of standards, specifications, policies, procedures relating to project delivery and other areas within operations as and when required
- Respond to project delivery complaints and monitor the customer experience of our service, providing feedback and suggestions on how we can improve.
- Proactively identify and put forward opportunities to improve efficiencies, productivity, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
