About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our MEP team as a key member of our Electrical services team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be involved in a range of multi-million-pound projects working across all Building Services Sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary members of the design team to deliver safe, efficient, and buildable solutions.
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative design solutions.
  • Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including production of calculations, design deliverables, site surveys, construction stage duties, client liaison, and liaison with members of design/construction teams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with software such as Dialux, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Relevant degree qualification and professional certifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of building services projects.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience of people management and leadership is desirable.
