As a key member of the Front of House team we are looking for someone with a passion for delivering a unique, tailored, and outstanding guest experience. A confident, composed, approachable, curious individual with a natural ability to interact with guests.

**As a Bell Person at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for**:

- Greeting our guests, residents and visitors on both arrival and departure courteously and professionally
- Interacting confidently with our guests promoting our services and facilities
- Liaise with other departments to ensure good communication is kept and overall service is sleek
- Ensuring that the main entrance is attended at all times.
- Assisting guests and residents on arrival by opening car doors, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Ensuring the safe parking of residents cars in our parking bays and guest cars at an off-site location

As a **Doorperson,** you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
