The post holder will provide support for projects being managed by the project management and site teams led by the Contracts Manager.

This will include the production of project documentation, coordination and planning of projects and programmes for live works, the creation and maintenance of project files including training matrix systems, invoicing and all clerical duties for the project team, Programming and liaising with housing associations to book works in and arrange material deliveries.

The role is unique as you will mix between the administration team and the project teams liaising with on site teams creating H&S documents and creating job files as well as collating paperwork from live projects to new tender documents.

We require someone who wants the opportunity to grow with the business and that wants to learn on the job as well as have a good mix of experience to help make the role there own to grow and develop the position.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
