Job Summary:
JJH Building Contractors Ltd provide a building maintenance service to Local Authorities and Social Housing providers.
**Duties**:
- Develop and maintain schedules of work
- Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for planning purposes
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Assist in resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping
- Knowledge of office software
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
- Ability to computerize data effectively
- Typing skills to input data accurately
