Job Summary:
JJH Building Contractors Ltd provide a building maintenance service to Local Authorities and Social Housing providers.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain schedules of work
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for planning purposes
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed
  • Assist in resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping
  • Knowledge of office software
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • Ability to computerize data effectively
