**Courier Administrator**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Courier Clerk to join our team based at our Leeds, Wortley site.

**Purpose of the role**

The role of the courier clerk is to provide our customers with effective courier solutions..

**Main duties and responsibilities**

**What you do**:

- Accurately inputting data into business systems
- Communicating daily in a professional manner with customers, team members and other key stakeholders.
- Obtaining quotes, making bookings, tracking deliveries, providing updates and producing invoices
- Proactively preparing and dealing with courier documentation
- Undertaking administrative tasks to support the Courier department in meeting deadlines for our customers Producing Invoices to customers

**Person specification**
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing)
- A good level of numeracy and attention to detail
- IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience of administration

**Shift pattern**:

- Monday to Friday between 09:00-17:30hrs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,793.00 per year
