**Installation Trainer**

**Location**: Newcastle

**Salary**: £22,000 basic salary pa + £ 12,000 commissions pa

**Working Hours**:Full Time, 40 hours per week

**Holidays**: 21 or 23 days plus bank holidays

**Role Duties of the Quality and Installation Trainer**
- In charge of the installation training for all new joiners in the sales team
- Ensure field shadowing assessment
- Deliver refresh training for bad performers
- Monitor and improve our performance regarding installation KPIs: missing test, alert trigger in month 1, feedback from new customers, cancellations per seller and branch, claims
- Provide all the assistance needed on the field

**Skills & Experience for this role**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as Field Service Technician or as Installer in Verisure
